One Day · 14 May 2013

I have not made the time to run enough lately. Still, one day a week is better than no days.

It is ironic. It seems that as soon as I get into some sort of fitness routine, I have something come up. I am always able to do a few little things in the morning, but I do not always make the time to run when my schedule gets full. Still, I have been able to run one day a week for quite a while. It has been the only consolation I am willing to make with my schedule. But one day a week is better than no days a week.

The good thing about having at least one day a week when I can go out and run for a bit is that I can go out and run for a bit. The bad part about just having one day is that I do not get to build up much speed or endurance. I just go out and run. But I guess that is the point. I am healthy enough to just go out and run.

I know the day is coming when I can get out and run more again. My schedule will not always be as full as it currently is. Until then, I will be content to get out and run at least one day per week. After all, one day will always be better than none.
